About the Team

Phoenix Racing 2025

Based in the High Performance Engineering Centre at Coventry University, Phoenix Racing has been ran every year by a group of dedicated and bright engineering students, whose aim is nothing short of trying to build the best Formula Student car at the FSUK. Throughout our history, we have shown our true dedication to the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) as other teams have migrated to electric powertrains. This love for the ICE is within our DNA as we have entered a new era for the team in 2024 with a new turbocharged powertrain and development into a new 85% ethanol sustainable fuel to power our ICE in the years after.
